Andrea Mckenzie-Ricketts
One of Jamaica’s leading aesthetics practitioners, Andrea McKenzie-Ricketts brings over 43 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. After training alongside her mother at the renowned Hair Power salon, Andrea pursued advanced studies in aesthetics at the internationally acclaimed Christine Valmy Institute in New York.
She later completed advanced Paramedical Aesthetics training under renowned cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr. James E. Fulton, creator of VIVANT skincare, which Andrea introduced to Jamaica over 20 years ago.
In 1997, Andrea founded Face to Face, a full-service salon offering personalized skin, body, and nail care treatments alongside award-winning pharmaceutical, clinical, and organic skincare products. Dedicated to excellence, she continues to stay at the forefront of the industry through ongoing international training and education.

Chanel Ricketts
Chanel Ricketts represents the next generation of a well-established skincare legacy. As the lead aesthetician at Face to Face Skin Care Salon & Day Spa, she blends tradition with a modern approach—upholding a high standard of care, service, and results.
She received her formal training in aesthetics at the Heart Institute in Jamaica and further advanced her knowledge in Miami, Florida with Vivant Skincare. Chanel has also been extensively trained under the guidance of her mother, Andrea Ricketts, whose decades of experience continue to shape the foundation of the business.
Committed to continuous learning, Chanel is dedicated to introducing new and effective treatments, elevating the client experience, and confidently leading the brand into its next chapter.
